For everything on the earth is extinction. 26 but forever will abide thy Sustainer's Self, full of majesty and glory. 27 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 28 Of Him beggeth whosoever is in the heavens and the earth; every day He is in a new affair. 29 Which of your Lord's laudable attributes will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 30 Jinn and mankind, We shall certainly settle your accounts. 31 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 32 O company of jinn and men, if you have the power to go beyond the bounds of the heavens and the earth, go beyond them! Yet you will be unable to go beyond them for that requires infinite power. 33 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 34 There will be sent against you both, smokeless flames of fire and (molten) brass, and you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 36 When the sky will split asunder, and turn rosy like the dregs of annointing oil, 37 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 38 On that day neither man nor jinni will be questioned of his sin. 39 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 40 The sinners will be recognised by their marks, and seized by the forelock and their feet. 41 Which of the favours of your Lord will you then deny? 42 This is hell which the guilty deny. 43 They will go round between its flames and boiling water. 44 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 45
