All that lives on earth or in the heavens is bound to pass away: 26 There remaineth but the Countenance of thy Lord of Might and Glory. 27 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord, will ye twain belie? 28 Of Him seeks (its need) every creature in the heavens and on earth: every day in (new) Splendour doth He (shine)! 29 Which of your Lord's laudable attributes will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 30 We shall attend to you, O you two classes (jinns and men)! 31 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 32 O tribe of jinn and of men, if you are able to pass through the confines of heaven and earth, pass through them! You shall not pass through except with an authority. 33 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 34 Flames of smokeless fire and black smoke without flames, will be let loose on you, so you will not be able to retaliate. 35 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 36 Then when the heaven is rent asunder, and it becomes rosy or red like red-oil, or red hide. 37 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 38 For, on that Day, neither man nor jinn will be questioned about his sins. 39 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 40 The culprits will be recognised by their marks, and will be lain hold of by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 42 This is the Hell which the guilty called a lie. 43 They will go between it (Hell) and the boiling hot water! 44 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 45
