All that dwells upon the earth is perishing, 26 And there will remain the countenance of thine Lord, Owner of Majesty and Beneficence. 27 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord, will ye twain belie? 28 All those there are in the heavens and the earth turn to Him with solicitation, intent on His purpose all the time. 29 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 30 O you twain, who are a burden (on the earth), We shall attend to you and call you to account. 31 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 32 O the groups of jinns and men, if you can cross the boundaries of the heavens and the earth, then cross them; wherever you may go, His is the kingdom! 33 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 34 Let loose at you will be smokeless flames of fire so that you will not be able to defend yourselves. 35 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 36 And when the heaven will be rent in sunder and will become rosy like unto red hide. 37 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 38 So on that day neither man nor jinni shall be asked about his sin. 39 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 40 The culprits will be recognised by their marks, and will be lain hold of by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 42 This is the hell which the guilty called a lie. 43 In its midst and in the midst of boiling hot water will they wander round! 44 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 45
