Everyone on earth is destined to die. 26 There remaineth but the Countenance of thy Lord of Might and Glory. 27 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 28 All those who are in the heavens and the earth ask of Him; every moment He is in a state (of glory). 29 Which of your Lord's laudable attributes will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 30 We shall dispose of you, O ye two dependents (man and jinn). 31 (We shall then see), which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 32 O tribe of jinn and of men, if you are able to pass through the confines of heaven and earth, pass through them! You shall not pass through except with an authority. 33 Which of your Lord's powers will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 34 Flames of fire and molten copper shall be loosed against you, and you shall not be helped. 35 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 36 Then when the heaven is rent asunder, and it becomes rosy or red like red-oil, or red hide. 37 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 38 on that day none shall be questioned about his sin, neither man nor jinn. 39 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 40 The culprits will be recognised by their marks, and will be lain hold of by the forelocks and the feet. 41 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 42 This is the hell which the guilty called a lie. 43 they shall go round between it and between hot, boiling water. 44 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 45
