When God said: "O Jesus, I will take you to Myself and exalt you, and rid you of the infidels, and hold those who follow you above those who disbelieve till the Day of Resurrection. You have then to come back to Me when I will judge between you in what you were at variance." 55 As for those who disbelieve I shall chastise them with a heavy chastisement in the world and the Hereafter; and they will have no helpers. 56 As for those who believe and do good works, He will pay them their wages in full. Allah does not love the harmdoers. 57 (Muhammad), what we recite to you are revelations and words of wisdom. 58 Verily the likeness of 'lsa with Allah is as the likeness of Adam: him He created out of dust, thereafter He said unto him: Be, and lo! he becometh. 59 The Truth (comes) from Allah alone; so be not of those who doubt. 60 Then whoever argues with you about it after [this] knowledge has come to you - say, "Come, let us call our sons and your sons, our women and your women, ourselves and yourselves, then supplicate earnestly [together] and invoke the curse of Allah upon the liars [among us]." 61 This is the true account. There is no deity save Him. God is Mighty and Wise." 62 But if they turn away, then Allah is Knower of the corrupters. 63
