God said, "O Jesus, I shall take you to Me and will raise you up to Me and shall clear you [of the calumnies] of the disbelievers, and shall place those who follow you above those who deny the truth, until the Day of Judgement; then to Me shall all return and I will judge between you regarding your disputes. 55 As for those who disbelieve, I will sternly punish them in this world and in the Everlasting Life, there shall be none to help them. 56 But as for those who believed and did righteous deeds, He will give them in full their rewards, and Allah does not like the wrongdoers. 57 "This is what we rehearse unto thee of the Signs and the Message of Wisdom." 58 Indeed, the example of Jesus to Allah is like that of Adam. He created Him from dust; then He said to him, "Be," and he was. 59 O listener! (followers of this Prophet) This is the Truth from your Lord, so never be of those who doubt. 60 And whoso disputes with thee concerning him, after the knowledge that has come to thee, say: 'Come now, let us call our sons and your sons, our wives and your wives, our selves and your selves, then let us humbly pray and so lay God's curse upon the ones who lie.' 61 This is the true account. There is no deity save Him. God is Mighty and Wise." 62 But if they turn away, then indeed - Allah is Knowing of the corrupters. 63
