BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 47 Having in them various kinds. 48 Which of the favours of your Lord will you then deny? -- 49 In which, will be two fountains running. 50 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 51 In both of them are two pairs of every fruit. 52 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 53 reclining upon couches lined with brocade, the fruits of the gardens nigh to gather -- 54 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 55 Therein shall be those of refraining looks whom before them hath deflowered neither man nor jinn. 56 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 57 As though rubies and pearls. 58 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 59 Shall the recompense of goodness be other than goodness? 60 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 61 And beside them are two other gardens, 62 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 63 Dark-green. 64 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 65 In them (both) will be two springs gushing forth water. 66 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 67 With fruits in them, and dates and pomegranates -- 68 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 69 In them good and comely maidens -- 70 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 71 They are houris (maidens of Paradise), hidden from view, in pavilions. 72 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain you men and jinn then deny? 73 There hath deflowered them neither man nor jinn. 74 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 75 [In such a paradise will they dwell,] reclining upon meadows green and carpets rich in beauty. 76 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? 77 Blessed be the name of thy Lord, full of Majesty, Bounty and Honour. 78
