▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for he who has feared the position of his Lord are two gardens - 46 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 47 Of spreading branches. 48 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 49 Therein are two running fountains. 50 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 51 In both these is a pair of every fruit. 52 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 53 Reclining on carpets whereof the linings will be of brocade; and the fruit of the two Gardens shall be near at hand. 54 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 55 In these [gardens] will be mates of modest gaze, whom neither man nor invisible being will have touched ere then. 56 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 57 As though they were rubies and pearls. 58 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 59 Shall the recompense of goodness be anything other than goodness? 60 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 61 And besides these shall be two gardens -- 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 63 Dark-green. 64 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 65 With two fountains gushing constantly, -- 66 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 67 In them are fruits, palm trees and pomegranates. 68 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 69 Therein (gardens) will be fair (wives) good and beautiful; 70 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 71 [There the blessed will live with their] pure companions sheltered in pavilions. 72 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 73 Man has not touched them before them nor jinni. 74 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich carpets excellent. 76 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 77 Blessed is the name of your Lord, Owner of Majesty and Honor. 78
God Almighty has spoken the truth.
