▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for he who fears the standing (before) his Lord there are two Gardens. 46 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 47 Having numerous branches. 48 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 49 In both of them, there are two springs flowing. 50 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 51 In both these is a pair of every fruit. 52 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 53 Reclining on beds, the inner coverings of which are of silk brocade; and the fruits of the two gardens shall be within reach. 54 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 55 In them are women limiting [their] glances, untouched before them by man or jinni - 56 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 57 As though they were rubies and pearls. 58 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 59 Can any thing else be a response to a favor but a favor? 60 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 61 And besides these two there shall be two other Gardens. 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 63 dark green in color. 64 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 65 In them (both) will be two springs gushing forth water. 66 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 67 In both of them will be [all kinds of] fruit, and date-palms and pomegranates. 68 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 69 There will be well-disciplined, beautiful maidens. 70 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 71 with big, black and white beautiful eyes, dwelling in tents. 72 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 73 Whom neither man nor jinni will have touched before them - 74 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich beautiful mattresses. 76 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 77 Blessed be the Name of thy Lord, majestic, splendid. 78
True are the words of God the Almighty.
