BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 47 Having in them various kinds. 48 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 49 Therein are two running fountains. 50 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 51 In them there are pairs of each kind of fruit. 52 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 53 Reclining upon couches lined with silk brocade, the fruit of both the gardens near to hand. 54 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 55 Therein are maidens who restrain their glances, whom neither human nor jinn have touched before. 56 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 57 As if they were rubies and coral. 58 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 59 Shall the recompense of goodness be other than goodness? 60 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 61 And besides these shall be two gardens -- 62 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? - 63 Of darkest verdant green -- 64 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 65 In them will be two gushing springs. 66 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 67 In them (both) will be fruits, and date- palms and pomegranates. 68 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 69 In the midst of these will be maidens, good and comely. 70 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 71 Companions restrained (as to their glances), in (goodly) pavilions;- 72 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 73 untouched by jinn or mankind before. 74 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and rich carpets excellent. 76 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 77 Blessed be the name of your Lord, the Lord of Majesty and Glory. 78
