BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 47 Full of overhanging branches -- 48 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 49 Wherein are two fountains flowing. 50 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 51 In them will be Fruits of every kind, two and two. 52 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 53 They will recline upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruits of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 55 therein maidens restraining their glances, untouched before them by any man or jinn -- 56 jinn and mankindîwhich of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 57 [There will be] maidens as fair as corals and rubies. 58 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 59 Shall the recompense of goodness be anything other than goodness? 60 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 61 And besides those two will be yet two [other] gardens 62 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 63 Dark-green. 64 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 65 In both of them are two springs, spouting. 66 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 67 In them (both) will be fruits, and date- palms and pomegranates. 68 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 69 In them are good and beautiful women - 70 How many favours of your Lord will you then deny? -- 71 Maidens (of Paradise, Houris) in cloistered cool pavilions. 72 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 73 Whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- 74 Which, then, of the benefits of Your Lord will ye twain belie? 75 They will be reclining on plain green and beautifully printed cushions 76 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 77 Blessed be the name of thy Lord, Mighty and glorious! 78
