BUT FOR THOSE who of their Sustainer's Presence stand in fear, two gardens [of paradise are readied] 46 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 47 [There will be two gardens with] spreading branches. 48 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 49 In each of the two Gardens are two flowing springs. 50 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors would you then deny? 51 In which will be of every fruit two kinds. 52 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 53 Reclining upon thrones that are lined with brocade, with the fruit of both Gardens close enough to be picked from under. 54 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 55 In them are women limiting [their] glances, untouched before them by man or jinni - 56 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 57 As though they are jacinth and coral. 58 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 59 What is the reward of virtue except virtue (in return)? 60 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 61 And besides these shall be two gardens -- 62 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 63 Dark-green in colour (from plentiful watering). 64 Which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 65 therein two fountains of gushing water -- 66 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 67 In them (both) will be fruits, and date- palms and pomegranates. 68 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 69 Therein (gardens) will be fair (wives) good and beautiful; 70 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 71 Fair ones reserved in pavilions - 72 which, then, of your Sustainer's powers can you disavow? 73 Undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 74 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 75 Reclining on green cushions and fine carpets. 76 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 77 Blessed be the Name of thy Lord, majestic, splendid. 78
