▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
And for him who dreadeth the standing before his Lord will be two Gardens. 46 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 47 Having [spreading] branches. 48 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 49 In [each of] these two [gardens] two springs will flow. 50 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 51 In both of them, there will be two kinds of every fruit. 52 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 53 They will recline upon carpets lined with rich brocade; and the fruits of both these gardens will be within easy reach. 54 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 55 In them maidens with averted glances, undeflowered by man or by jinn before them, -- 56 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 57 They are like rubies and coral-stone. 58 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 59 Is the reward of goodness aught save goodness? 60 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 61 And besides these shall be two gardens -- 62 Which of the favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 63 Dark-green in colour (from plentiful watering). 64 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 65 In both of them are two springs gushing forth. 66 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 67 In them will be Fruits, and dates and pomegranates: 68 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 69 In them are good and beautiful women - 70 O which of your Lord's bounties will you and you deny? 71 [There the blest will live with their] companions pure and modest, in pavilions [splendid] 72 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 73 No man or jinn ever touched them before. 74 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful carpets. 76 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 77 Blessed be the Name of your Lord (Allah), the Owner of Majesty and Honour. 78
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
