And for one who fears to stand before his Lord, are two Gardens. 46 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 47 [There will be two gardens with] spreading branches. 48 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 49 In [each of] these two [gardens] two springs will flow. 50 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 51 In which will be of every fruit two kinds. 52 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 53 Reclining there on carpets lined with brocade, fruits of the garden hanging low within reach. 54 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? 55 In these [gardens] will be mates of modest gaze, whom neither man nor invisible being will have touched ere then. 56 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 57 [When you are promised splendours] as though [of] rubies and [of] pearls 58 Which then of the bounties of your Lord will you deny? 59 Shall the recompense of goodness be other than goodness? 60 Which of the laudable attributes of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 61 And besides these two, there are two other Gardens,- 62 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? 63 Of darkest verdant green -- 64 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 65 In the Gardens are two springs, overflowing with abundance. 66 Which of the favours of your Lord will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 67 In both of them there will be fruit trees and date-palms and pomegranates. 68 Which of your Lord's wonders would you deny? 69 In them will be fair (Companions), good, beautiful;- 70 Which is it, of the favours of your Lord, that ye deny? - 71 They are houris (maidens of Paradise), hidden from view, in pavilions. 72 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny?- 73 [companions] whom neither man nor invisible being will have touched ere then. 74 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 75 Reclining on green cushions and beautiful carpets. 76 So which of the favors of your Lord would you deny? 77 HALLOWED be thy Sustainer's name, full of majesty and glory! 78
