▼ 55 The All Compassionate
Al-Rahman 3 of 3
But for him who [the true believer of Islamic Monotheism who performs all the duties ordained by Allah and His Messenger Muhammad SAW, and keeps away (abstain) from all kinds of sin and evil deeds prohibited in Islam and] fears the standing before his Lord, there will be two Gardens (i.e. in Paradise). 46 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 47 abounding in branches -- 48 Which favors of your Lord will you both belie? 49 In them (both) will be two springs flowing (free) 50 Which, then, of the benefits of your Lord will ye twain belie? 51 In them there are pairs of each kind of fruit. 52 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 53 reclining upon couches lined with brocade, the fruits of the gardens nigh to gather -- 54 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 55 In them will be (Maidens), chaste, restraining their glances, whom no man or Jinn before them has touched;- 56 Which of your Lord's favours will you twain – you men and jinn – then deny? 57 (In beauty) they are like rubies and coral. 58 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 59 Is there any reward for good other than good? 60 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 61 And beside the two there will be two other Gardens. 62 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 63 Dark green [in color]. 64 So O men and jinns! Which favour of your Lord will you deny? 65 In both of them live springs gush forth. 66 How many favours of your Lord will then both of you deny? -- 67 In them are fruits, palm trees and pomegranates. 68 Then which of the favours of your Lord will ye deny? 69 therein maidens good and comely -- 70 jinn and mankind - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny 71 with big, black and white beautiful eyes, dwelling in tents. 72 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 73 untouched by jinn or mankind before. 74 (Jinn and mankind) - which of the favors of your Lord would you then deny? 75 Reclining on green Cushions and rich Carpets of beauty. 76 Then which of the Blessings of your Lord will you both (jinns and men) deny? 77 Blessed is the Name of your Lord, the Lord of Glory and Grace. 78

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
