The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
۞ When the Event (i.e. the Day of Resurrection) befalls. 1 no soul will deny its coming. 2 It will bring down [some] and raise up [others]. 3 When the earth is shaken with a shaking [severe,] 4 and the mountains are totally shattered and crumble to pieces 5 they will become like dust scattered around. 6 On that day, you (mankind) will be divided into three groups: 7 Companions of the Right, what are the Companions of the Right? 8 And (then) those on the left hand; what of those on the left hand? 9 and the Outstrippers: the Outstrippers 10 These are they who are drawn nigh (to Allah), 11 in the beautiful Paradise. 12 A multitude of those of old 13 And a few from among the latter. 14 On couches in wrought with gold. 15 Reclining thereon, face to face. 16 Immortal youths will serve them 17 With goblets and ewers and a cup of limpid drink. 18 that will neither make the head throb, nor intoxicate, 19 And with fruits, any that they may select: 20 and with the flesh of any fowl that they may desire. 21 And [for them are] fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes, 22 The likenesses of pearls well-protected, 23 a recompense for all that they did. 24 There they shall hear no idle talk, no cause of sin, 25 All talk will be sound and upright. 26 The Companions of the Right Hand,- what will be the Companions of the Right Hand? 27 They will be in (the shade) of thornless lote 28 and banana trees, 29 and amid the extended shade 30 and gushing water, 31 and abundant fruits, 32 never-failing and never out of reach. 33 And raised couches. 34 Perfectly We formed them, perfect, 35 having resurrected them as virgins, 36 Loving, equals in age, 37 For those on the right hand; 38

Notes and Instructions
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
