The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ When the Event will come to pass 1 There is no belying its coming to pass-- 2 Abasing exalting. 3 When the earth is violently shaken 4 And the mountains are broken down, crumbling 5 So that they become dust seattered. 6 And ye shall be sorted out into three classes. 7 Those of the right hand -- how (happy) will be those of the right hand! 8 Those on the Left -- how unlucky are those on the Left! 9 But the foremost shall be [they who in life were] the foremost [in faith and good works]: 10 These are they who are drawn nigh (to Allah), 11 In the Gardens of Pleasure, 12 A multitude of those (foremost) will be from the first generations (who embraced Islam). 13 And a few from those of later times. 14 Seated on couches wrought in gold and encrusted with precious stones, 15 Reclining thereon facing each other. 16 There shall go round unto them youths ever-young. 17 With goblets and ewers and a cup of limpid drink. 18 (no brows throbbing, no intoxication) 19 And fruit; that they may choose. 20 and any flesh of fowl that they desire. 21 and wide-eyed houris 22 Like unto hidden pearls, 23 a recompense for that they laboured. 24 They will not hear therein any vain or sinful talk, 25 but only the tiding of inner soundness and peace. 26 And the fellows on the right hand; how be happy shall the fellows on the right hand be! 27 Amid thornless lote-trees, 28 Among Talh trees with flowers (or fruits) piled one above another,- 29 and shade extended, 30 And water gushing, 31 And fruit in plenty, 32 never-ending and unrestricted, 33 And couches raised up. 34 and their spouses We shall have brought them into being afresh, 35 We have made them virgins, 36 Loving (their husbands only), equal in age. 37 For the Companions of the Right Hand. 38

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
