The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful
۞ When the Event (the resurrection) comes 1 And there can be no denying of its befalling. 2 Abasing (some), exalting (others); 3 When the earth will be shaken with a terrible shake. 4 and the mountains crumbled 5 and will scatter abroad into fine dust. 6 And you (all) will be in three kinds (i.e. separate groups). 7 The people of the right hand - those whose books of records will be placed in their right hands. How happy they will be! 8 And those on the left – how (wretched) are those on the left! 9 And the forerunners, the forerunners - 10 They shall be near-stationed (to their Lord), 11 in the beautiful Paradise. 12 Many of them will be from the ancient people 13 and only a few of them from the later generations. 14 upon close-wrought couches 15 Reclining on them, facing one another. 16 Round about them will (serve) youths of perpetual (freshness), 17 With bowls and ewers and a cup from a pure spring 18 a drink by which their minds will not be clouded nor will it cause drunkenness; 19 they will also go about them with the fruits of which they may choose, 20 And the flesh of fowl such as they desire. 21 And pure, beautiful ones, 22 beautiful as pearls hidden in their shells. 23 as reward for their deeds. 24 They will not hear therein any vain or sinful talk, 25 All talk will be sound and upright. 26 And the fellows on the right hand; how be happy shall the fellows on the right hand be! 27 They will live amid the thornless lot trees 28 And clusters of banana plants. 29 and continuous shade, 30 and flowing water, 31 and an abundance of fruits, 32 Unending, unforbidden, 33 And maidens incomparable. 34 We have formed them in a distinctive fashion, 35 We have made them virgins, 36 loving companions, matching in age, 37 For the Companions of the Right Hand. 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
