The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ When the Occurrence occurs, 1 And there can be no denying of its befalling. 2 Abasing exalting. 3 When the earth is shaken with convulsion 4 And the mountains shall be made to crumble with (an awful) crumbling, 5 So that they become a scattered dust, 6 and you shall be three bands -- 7 (First) those on the right hand; what of those on the right hand? 8 Companions of the Left, what are the Companions of the Left? 9 And the forerunners, the forerunners - 10 It is they who are the close ones. 11 in the Gardens of Delight 12 A numerous company from among the first, 13 and how few of the later folk) 14 (They will be) on Thrones encrusted (with gold and precious stones), 15 reclining on them facing each other; 16 Immortal youths will wait upon them 17 with goblets and ewers, and a cup from a spring 18 No after-ache will they receive therefrom, nor will they suffer intoxication: 19 And fruits that they may like. 20 And the flesh of fowls that they desire. 21 They will have maidens with large, lovely black and white eyes, 22 The likes unto pearls hidden. 23 The reward for what they did. 24 They shall not hear therein vain or sinful discourse, 25 But only the saying of: Salam!, Salam! (greetings with peace)! 26 And the fellows on the right hand; how be happy shall the fellows on the right hand be! 27 They will be in (the shade) of thornless lote 28 and serried acacias, 29 And extended shade, 30 and outpoured waters, 31 And fruit in abundance. 32 unfailing and not forbidden. 33 and raised couches 34 Perfectly We formed them, perfect, 35 And made them virgins, 36 Loving, of equal age. 37 with those who have attained to righteousness: 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
