The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ When the Occurrence occurs, 1 There is, at its occurrence, no denial. 2 It will abase some and exalt others. 3 When the earth is shaken with convulsion 4 And the mountains shall be crumbled to atoms, 5 becoming scattered dust, 6 And you shall be three sorts. 7 Then the companions of the right - what are the companions of the right? 8 And the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left? 9 And those Foremost (in Faith) will be Foremost (in the Hereafter). 10 (The foremost ones) will be the nearest ones to God 11 They are in Gardens of peace. 12 (a throng of the ancients 13 And a few from the later generations. 14 Seated on couches wrought in gold and encrusted with precious stones, 15 Reclining on them, facing one another. 16 There wait on them immortal youths 17 With vessels, pitchers and a cup [of wine] from a flowing spring - 18 a drink by which their minds will not be clouded nor will it cause drunkenness; 19 And fruits that they may like. 20 And the flesh of fowls that they desire. 21 And pure, beautiful ones, 22 Like unto preserved pearls. 23 A reward for what they used to do. 24 They will hear no nonsense there or talk of sin, 25 except each other's greetings of, "Peace be with you". 26 As for the people of the right hand, how happy they will be! 27 They will be in (the shade) of thornless lote 28 and serried acacias, 29 In shade long-extended, 30 And water everflowing. 31 and fruits abounding 32 never-failing and never out of reach. 33 And carpets raised. 34 We have created (their Companions) of special creation. 35 We have made them virgins, 36 Beloved (by nature), equal in age,- 37 with those who have attained to righteousness: 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
