The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
۞ When the great event comes to pass, 1 and there can be no denying its happening, 2 It will abase some and exalt others. 3 When the earth will tremble, shivering. 4 and the mountains crumbled, 5 Becoming dust scattered abroad, 6 You will become three categories: 7 Those on the Right -- how blessed are those on the Right! 8 And the People on the Left: and how miserable will be the People on the Left! 9 And those who surpassed have indeed excelled. 10 Those are the ones brought near [to Allah] 11 In gardens of delight; 12 A multitude of those of old 13 and only a few of them from the later generations. 14 on lavish couches 15 reclining upon them, facing one another [in love]. 16 Round about them shall go youths never altering in age, 17 with goblets, and ewers, and cups filled with water from unsullied springs 18 Their heads shall not ache with it, nor shall they lose their senses. 19 Also, they will be served with the fruits of their choice 20 and the meat of any bird that they may desire; 21 And (there will be) Companions with beautiful, big, and lustrous eyes,- 22 like hidden pearls, 23 As reward for what they used to do. 24 Not frivolity will they hear therein, nor any taint of ill,- 25 but only the tiding of inner soundness and peace. 26 And those on the right – how (fortunate) are those on the right! 27 [They will be] among lote trees with thorns removed 28 and flower-clad acacias, 29 and extended shade, 30 and waters gushing, 31 and abundant fruits, 32 Unending, unforbidden, 33 And carpets raised. 34 Verily, We have created them (maidens) of special creation. 35 and made them virgins, 36 Loving (their husbands only), equal in age. 37 For those on the right. 38

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
