The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)
96 verses, revealed in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful
۞ When the Event will come to pass 1 There is, at its occurrence, no denial. 2 Abasing (one party), exalting (the other), 3 When the earth shall be shaken with a (severe) shaking, 4 and the mountains are totally shattered and crumble to pieces 5 and become like scattered dust particles, 6 And you (all) will be in three kinds (i.e. separate groups). 7 So those on the right – how (fortunate) are those on the right! 8 And (as to) the companions of the left hand; how wretched are the companions of the left hand! 9 Then the foremost, how pre-excellent, 10 These will be those nearest to Allah. 11 In gardens of delight; 12 A multitude of those of old 13 And a few of later ages, 14 (They will be) on thrones woven with gold and precious stones, 15 reclining upon them, set face to face, 16 Round about them shall go youths never altering in age, 17 with goblets and ewers and a cup filled with a drink drawn from a running spring, 18 a drink by which their minds will not be clouded nor will it cause drunkenness; 19 And fruits that they may like. 20 Bird meats that they relish, 21 And pure, beautiful ones, 22 The likes unto pearls hidden. 23 A recompense for that which they have been working. 24 No empty talk will they hear there, nor any call to sin, 25 Only a saying: "Peace, peace." 26 And the fellows on the right hand; how be happy shall the fellows on the right hand be! 27 Amid thornless lote-trees, 28 And clustered plantains, 29 and shade extended, 30 And water everflowing. 31 And fruit in plenty, 32 undiminished and never denied 33 They shall be on upraised couches, 34 Verily, We have created them (maidens) of special creation. 35 And made them virgin - pure (and undefiled), - 36 Loving companions matched in age, 37 For the companions of the right [who are] 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
