A large group from the earlier generations. 39 And a company of the later peoples. 40 The Companions of the Left (O Companions of the Left!) 41 In scorching wind and scalding water 42 and the shadows of black smoke 43 which will neither be cool nor soothing. 44 Indeed they were among favours before this. 45 But persisted in that greater sin, 46 And they used to say, “When we are dead and have turned into dust and bones, will we surely be raised again?” 47 “And also our forefathers?” 48 Say: "Verily, those of olden times and those of later times 49 will indeed be gathered together at a fixed time on an appointed Day. 50 Then indeed you, O those astray [who are] deniers, 51 "You verily will eat of the trees of Zaqqum. 52 Then will fill your bellies with it. 53 "And drink boiling water on top of it, 54 And will drink as the drinking of thirsty camels. 55 Such shall be your hospitality on the Day of Recompense. 56 It is He who created you, then why do you not affirm the truth? 57 Have you considered the seed you spill? 58 Did you create it or was it We who created it? 59 It is We Who have ordained death among you, and We have not been beaten 60 That We may transfigure you and make you what ye know not. 61 And certainly you know the first growth, why do you not then mind? 62 And have you seen that [seed] which you sow? 63 Is it you that cause it to grow, or are We the causers of growth? 64 If We willed, surely We would make it chaff, so that ye would be left wondering. 65 crying, "We have been left to suffer loss. 66 Nay! we are deprived. 67 So what is your opinion regarding the water that you drink? 68 Is it you that send it down from the clouds or We? 69 We could make it brackish, if We pleased; so why do you not acknowledge thanks? 70 Have you considered the fire which you strike? 71 Did you produce the tree that serves as fuel or do We? 72 We have made it a Reminder (for the Hell-fire, in the Hereafter); and an article of use for the travellers (and all the others, in this world). 73 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Supreme. 74

Notes and Instructions
يعرض القرآن الملون الصفحات بواحد من ثلاثة خطوط عربية. قد يظهر أي منهم بإحتمال الثلث، مما يزيد على التنوع الموجود أصلا في الألوان. وتبقى الكلمات خالدة الى الابد. وقريبا، سيكون للقرآن الملون خطوطا أُخرى جميلة إن شاء الله.
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
توجد تمارين تحفيظ للوضعين العربي الأصلي والعربي المخطوط بأحرف إنجليزية فقط. ولا تحتوي الترجمة الإنجليزية على تمارين حفظ.
There are memorization exercises for the original Arabic and English transliterated Arabic modes only. The English translation mode has no memorization exercises.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
