Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ Furthermore I call to witness the setting of the Stars,- 75 (and that is indeed a mighty oath, did you but know it) 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 In Book well-guarded, 78 none but the purified shall touch, 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Is it this Statement that ye scorn, 81 And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false? 82 Why, then, when the soul of the dying man reaches the throat, 83 right before your very eyes? 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 Then why, if you are not indebted (to Us for life), 86 why can you not bring it (the soul) back (to life)? 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 If he is of those of the right hand, 90 'Peace be upon thee, Companion of the Right!' 91 And if he be of the beliers, the erring, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 Verily this! this is the very truth. 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Supreme. 96

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
