1/2 Hizb 54

۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And verily that is a mighty oath, if ye but knew! 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 None may touch it, except with ablution. 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Do you, then, take this discourse in light esteem, 81 and make it your daily bread [as it were] to call the truth a lie? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 And you are at that time looking on - 84 We are nearer to him than you, but you do not see 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 But if one happens to be of those who are wont to call the truth a lie, and [thus] go astray, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 And roasting in a Blaze. 94 This is indeed an utmost certainty. 95 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty! 96
True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')
