۞ So I call the placement of the stars to witness -- 75 And that is indeed a mighty adjuration if ye but knew,- 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 in a well-guarded preserved Book, 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Is it this discourse that ye hold lightly? 81 and do you make it your living to cry lies? 82 Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? 83 And you wait for the moment (of death), 84 and while We are closer to him than you, although you see [Us] not: 85 Then why is it not-- if you are not held under authority-- 86 can you not cause that [ebbing life] to return - if what you claim is true? 87 If he is among the near 88 Then happiness and bounty and a garden of bliss. 89 If he is a Companion of the Right 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 If it is of those who have rejected the Truth and have gone astray, 92 Then the welcome will be boiling water 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 That indeed is the absolute truth. 95 Therefore (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him) proclaim the Purity of the name of your Lord, the Greatest. 96
