۞ I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 And most surely it is a very great oath if you only knew; 76 That this is indeed the glorious Qur'an 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 None may touch it, except with ablution. 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 Do you, then, take this discourse in light esteem, 81 and do you make it your living to cry lies? 82 Why can you not help a soul dying 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 We are closer to him than you, but you cannot see. 85 Wherefore then, if ye are not to be requited 86 do you not cause the soul to return to him if you are truthful in your claim? 87 Then if the dying one is of those having proximity, – 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 And if he (the dying person) be of those on the Right Hand, 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 And if he be of the beliers, the erring, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 and a roasting in Hell. 94 Verily this! this is the very truth. 95 Therefor (O Muhammad) praise the name of thy Lord, the Tremendous. 96
