۞ I swear by the setting of the stars 75 and, behold, this is indeed a most solemn affirmation, if you but knew it! 76 that this is indeed a noble Quran, 77 In Book well-guarded, 78 Which none shall touch but those who are clean: 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 and do you make it your living to cry lies? 82 So why was it not, when the soul reaches up to the throat, – 83 And you at that time look on-- 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 If you are true to your claim that there is no Day of Judgment, 86 why can you not bring it (the soul) back (to life)? 87 If he is among the near 88 it will have rest, happiness, and a beautiful Paradise. 89 If it is of the people of the right hand, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 But if he was of the deniers [who were] astray, 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 and the roasting in Hell. 94 This is indeed the ultimate truth. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96
