▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 That (this) is indeed a noble Qur'an 77 in a hidden Book 78 None shall touch it save the purified ones. 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 and your portion in it is simply that you denounce it as false? 82 Then how is it that when the (dying) breath is withdrawn into the throat (and rattles), 83 And you wait for the moment (of death), 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 Then, if he be of those brought nigh the Throne, 88 Then [for him is] rest and bounty and a garden of pleasure. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 And if he is from the deniers, the astray, – 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
