۞ So I call the placement of the stars to witness -- 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 [conveyed unto man] in a well-guarded divine writ 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 And you make its denial your share? 82 Why is it not then that when it (soul) comes up to the throat, 83 and you are [at that moment] looking on [helplessly] -- 84 We are closer to him than you, even though you cannot see? 85 Then why, if you are not indebted (to Us for life), 86 Bring back the soul (to its body), if you are truthful? 87 Then, if he be of those brought nigh the Throne, 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 And if he is one of those on the right hand, 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 Then an entertainment of boiling water. 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 Surely this is the truth of certainty. 95 So exalt the name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
