۞ Nay, I swear by the setting of the stars -- 75 And that is indeed a tremendous oath, if you understand. 76 This is indeed the noble Qur’an. 77 In a Book Hidden. 78 which none but the pure may touch; 79 a sending down from the Lord of all Being. 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 Do you make its denial your means of livelihood? 82 Then how is it that when the (dying) breath is withdrawn into the throat (and rattles), 83 And you are at that time looking on - 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 Bring it back, if you should be truthful? 87 Thus, then, if he be of those Nearest to Allah, 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 he will be greeted with, "Peace be to you," by those on the Right. 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 And the roasting in Hell. 94 Verily, this is the Very Truth and Certainly. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
