۞ No! I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 (and that is indeed a mighty oath, did you but know it) 76 it is surely a noble Koran 77 In a Register well-protected; 78 Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels). 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 And instead (of thanking Allah) for the provision He gives you, on the contrary, you deny Him (by disbelief)! 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat, 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 We are closer to him than you, even though you cannot see? 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 Thus if he is of those brought nigh, 88 For him shall be comfort, and fragrance and a Garden of Delight. 89 If he is a Companion of the Right 90 he will be welcomed by the words: “Peace to you” from the People on the Right. 91 But, if he is of those who belied, and went astray, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 Surely this is the truth of certainty. 95 Wherefore hallow thou the name of thy Lord, the Mighty! 96
