۞ But nay! I swear by the falling of stars; 75 (and that is indeed a mighty oath, did you but know it) 76 that this is indeed a noble Quran, 77 [conveyed unto man] in a well-guarded divine writ 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 a revelation from the Sustainer of all the worlds! 80 How can you regard this discourse with disdain? 81 do you make it your provision to belie it? 82 Wherefore then - when the soul cometh up to the wind-pipe 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 why, then, if [you think that] you are not truly dependent [on Us,] 86 do you not restore his soul, if you are truthful? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 And if he be of the Companions of the Right Hand, 90 Then (the greeting) "Peace be unto thee" from those on the right hand. 91 But if he is of the rejecters, the erring, 92 then he will be served boiling water, 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 This is indeed an utmost certainty. 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
