Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 and, indeed, that is a most mighty oath, if you only knew -- 76 That this is indeed a qur'an Most Honourable, 77 In a Book Hidden. 78 None may touch it, except with ablution. 79 A revelation by the Lord of the worlds. 80 What, do you hold this discourse in disdain, 81 do you make it your provision to belie it? 82 Wherefore then - when the soul cometh up to the wind-pipe 83 And ye are at that moment looking 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 Then why is it not-- if you are not held under authority-- 86 why can you not bring it (the soul) back (to life)? 87 Thus, then, if he be of those Nearest to Allah, 88 (There is for him) rest and provision, and a Garden of delights (Paradise). 89 And if he was of the companions of the right, 90 Then peace to you from those on the right hand. 91 But if he is of the deniers and the errants, 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 And a hurling into the blazing fire. 94 This is indeed an utmost certainty. 95 So glorify with praises the Name of your Lord, the Most Great. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.

When reading the Colorful Quran in English transliterated Arabic mode, you may not notice that there is an algorithm designed to match the pause requirements of the original Arabic scripture, (waqf signs). As you may know, the original Arabic Quran has five main types of pauses, (waqf) signs. (1) Compulsory break, where the transliteration uses a full stop. (2) Optional pause with the preference for pausing, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a probability of two thirds. (3) Optional stop with an equal preference for pausing and resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a half-half probability. (4) Optional pause with the preference for resuming, where the transliteration uses a comma that may appear with a chance of one third. (5) Attraction pause, also called hugging, or (mu’anaka) sign, where it is compulsory to pause at either one of two nearby positions, but not both; where the transliteration inserts a comma at either one of the two locations with a half-half probability.
