۞ I do not need to swear by the setting of the stars 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 that this is indeed a noble Quran, 77 In a Book kept hidden 78 Which none toucheth save the purified, 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why, then, when the soul of the dying man reaches the throat, 83 and you are watching at that time 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 Then why do you not, if you are exempt from the reckoning and recompense (punishment, etc.) 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 Then if he is one of those drawn nigh (to Allah), 88 then for him there shall be comfort and plenty and a Garden of Bliss; 89 And if he was of the companions of the right, 90 Then upon you is the greetings of peace (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), from those on the right. 91 And if he is from the deniers, the astray, – 92 its dwelling will be boiling water 93 And burning in Hellfire 94 This is the absolute Truth and certainty. 95 So glorify the name of your Great Lord. 96
