۞ So I swear by the setting places of the stars. 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 that this is an honorable Quran 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 which none can touch except the purified. 79 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Would you say that this statement is a lie? 81 Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks? 82 Then how is it that when the (dying) breath is withdrawn into the throat (and rattles), 83 and you are watching at that time 84 But We (i.e. Our angels who take the soul) are nearer to him than you, but you see not, [Tafsir At-Tabari, Vol. 27, Page 209] 85 Why then, if ye are not in bondage (unto Us), 86 Can you not bring him back? (Answer) if you are truthful 87 If he is among the near 88 there shall be repose and ease, and a Garden of Delight; 89 And if he is one of those on the right hand, 90 Then there is safety and peace (from the Punishment of Allah) for (you as you are from) those on the Right Hand. 91 And if he be of the beliers, the erring, 92 Then for him is entertainment with boiling water. 93 And burning in Hellfire 94 Lo! this is certain truth. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
