۞ So I swear by Mawaqi (setting or the mansions, etc.) of the stars (they traverse). 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 That (this) is indeed a noble Qur'an 77 inscribed in a well-guarded Book, 78 which none can touch except the purified. 79 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Do you, then, take this discourse in light esteem, 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Why is it not then that when it (soul) comes up to the throat, 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 and We are nearer to him than you, although you cannot see Us -- 85 if you are not subject to anyone's authority, 86 do you not bring back his soul, if you speak truly? 87 If he is among the near 88 there shall be calmness and ease, a Garden of Delight. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 And if he is one of the rejecters, the erring ones, 92 then he will be served boiling water, 93 And a hurling into the blazing fire. 94 Indeed, this is the true certainty, 95 Therefor (O Muhammad) praise the name of thy Lord, the Tremendous. 96
