۞ NAY, I call to witness the coming-down in parts [of this Qur'an] 75 And lo! that verily is a tremendous oath, if ye but knew - 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 [conveyed unto man] in a well-guarded divine writ 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 A Revelation (this Quran) from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 80 Then why do you dissimulate this Revelation? 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Why, but when the soul leaps to the throat of the dying 83 and you are [at that moment] looking on [helplessly] -- 84 And We are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, 86 Can you not bring him back? (Answer) if you are truthful 87 So if he is one of those who are near-stationed (to Allah), 88 Then breath of life, and plenty, and a Garden of delight. 89 If he is of those of the right hand, 90 (For him is the salutation), "Peace be unto thee", from the Companions of the Right Hand. 91 But if one happens to be of those who are wont to call the truth a lie, and [thus] go astray, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 And burning in Hell-fire. 94 Verily this! this is the very truth. 95 Extol, then, the limitless glory of thy Sustainer's mighty name! 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
End of Surah: The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah). Sent down in Mecca after T H (Taa Haa) before The Poets (Alshu'araa')

Notes and Instructions
ColorfulQuran.com displays pages in one of three Arabic fonts. Each may appear with a one-third chance, adding more diversity to the already diverse colors. And the words remain unchanged forever. ColorfulQuran.com will have more beautiful fonts soon, God willing.
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
