۞ Then I swear by the setting of the stars, 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 that this is an honorable Quran 77 (Inscribed) in the well-kept Book. 78 Only they can reach it who are clean (of mind). 79 It has been revealed by the Lord of all the worlds. 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 And make denial thereof your livelihood? 82 Then why do ye not (intervene) when (the soul of the dying man) reaches the throat,- 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 And We are nearer to it than you, but you do not see-- 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 do you not bring back his soul, if you speak truly? 87 [ALL OF YOU are destined to die.] Now if one happens to be of those who are drawn close unto God, 88 Then breath of life, and plenty, and a Garden of delight. 89 And if one happens to be of those who have attained to righteousness, 90 'Peace be upon thee, Companion of the Right!' 91 And if he is one of the rejecters, the erring ones, 92 The welcome will be boiling water 93 And roasting in a Blaze. 94 Verily, this is indeed the truth of truths! 95 So glorify the name of your Lord, the Supreme. 96
