۞ Nay, I swear by the places of the stars - 75 and that is a mighty oath, if you but knew 76 that this indeed is a noble Qur'an, 77 In a book that is protected 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 Would you reject the sustenance that you receive rather than give thanks? 82 Wherefore then - when the soul cometh up to the wind-pipe 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 We are closer to him than you, even though you cannot see? 85 Then why do you not, if you are not to be recompensed, 86 why are you then not able to bring them back to life if you are truthful? 87 Then, if he (the dying person) be of the Muqarrabun (those brought near to Allah), 88 Then [for him is] rest and bounty and a garden of pleasure. 89 and if he is of those who are on the Right, 90 [he, too, will be welcomed into paradise with the words,] "Peace be unto thee [that art] of those who have attained to righteousness!" 91 But, if he is of those who belied, and went astray, 92 Then an entertainment of boiling water. 93 and will be scorched by the Fire. 94 This is indeed an utmost certainty. 95 Then praise your Lord, the most supreme. 96
