▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ Then I swear by the setting of the stars, 75 and, indeed, that is a most mighty oath, if you only knew -- 76 Indeed, it is a noble Qur'an 77 In a Register well-protected; 78 which none but the pure [of heart] can touch: 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 So is this the matter regarding which you laze? 81 You live by calling it a lie. 82 Why, then, when (the soul) cometh up to the throat (of the dying) 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 - And We are nearer unto him than ye are, but ye see not - 85 why, then, if you are not subject to Our command, 86 Call back the soul, if ye are true (in the claim of independence)? 87 Then, if he is one of the honoured, 88 (There is for him) Rest and Satisfaction, and a Garden of Delights. 89 And if he be of the fellows on the right hand, 90 it will be with the people of the right hand, living in peace and security. 91 But if he (the dying person) be of the denying (of the Resurrection), the erring (away from the Right Path of Islamic Monotheism), 92 Then his reception is the hot boiling water. 93 And burning in Hell-Fire. 94 Most surely this is a certain truth. 95 Therefore glorify the name of your Lord, the Great. 96
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
