۞ So I call the placement of the stars to witness -- 75 and this is indeed a mighty oath, if only you knew – 76 that this is indeed a noble Quran, 77 In a Register well-protected; 78 Which (that Book with Allah) none can touch but the purified (i.e. the angels). 79 [It is] a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Is it this Statement that ye scorn, 81 and your portion in it is simply that you denounce it as false? 82 Why, then, when the soul leaps up to the throat of the dying 83 And you at the moment are looking on, 84 And We are nearer to it than you, but you do not see-- 85 So why is it not, that if you are not to be repaid, – 86 That you bring it back, if you are truthful? 87 (If a dying soul) is of those near to God, 88 there shall be repose and ease, and a Garden of Delight; 89 And if one happens to be of those who have attained to righteousness, 90 Then: peace unto thee, for thou art of those on the right hand. 91 But if he be of them that cried lies, and went astray, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 and the heat of a blazing fire! 94 Indeed, this is the true certainty, 95 Therefor (O Muhammad) praise the name of thy Lord, the Tremendous. 96
