▼ 56 The Inevitable
Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ So I call the placement of the stars to witness -- 75 And verily that is a mighty oath, if ye but knew! 76 Behold, it is a truly noble discourse, 77 in a hidden Book 78 None touch it except the purified. 79 A Revelation from the Lord of the Worlds. 80 Do you then hold this announcement in contempt? 81 And make it your provision that ye should belie it? 82 Then how is it that when the (dying) breath is withdrawn into the throat (and rattles), 83 the while you are [helplessly] looking on 84 And We are nigher unto him than ye are, but ye behold not 85 Then why do ye not,- If you are exempt from (future) account,- 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 Then, if he is one of the honoured, 88 Then is relief, and flowers – and Gardens of peace. 89 and if he be a Companion of the Right: 90 he will be greeted with, "Peace be to you," by those on the Right. 91 And if he be of those who treat (Truth) as Falsehood, who go wrong, 92 there shall be a hospitality of boiling water, 93 And burning in hell. 94 Indeed, this is the certain truth. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
