Al-Waaqe'ah 3 of 3
۞ I swear by the setting of the stars 75 and this is indeed a mighty oath, if only you knew – 76 That it is a Recitation honourable. 77 preserved in a hidden Book which 78 Which none can touch except the purified. 79 It is a revelation from the Lord of the worlds. 80 Is it such a Message that ye would hold in light esteem? 81 And have ye made it your livelihood that ye should declare it false? 82 Then how is it that when the (dying) breath is withdrawn into the throat (and rattles), 83 And ye are at that moment looking 84 And We are nearer to him than you are, but you cannot see. 85 why, if you are not at Our disposal, 86 Cause ye it not to return, if ye say sooth? 87 Then if he be of the broughtnigh. 88 then happiness and delight and Gardens of Bliss are his. 89 And if he is of those on the right hand, 90 (he will be greeted with): 'Peace be upon you, Companion of the Right' 91 But, if he is of those who belied, and went astray, 92 For him is Entertainment with Boiling Water. 93 And a hurling into the blazing fire. 94 Verily, this! This is an absolute Truth with certainty. 95 So celebrate with praises the name of thy Lord, the Supreme. 96

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
