Al-Jumu'ah 2 of 2
O ye who believe! When the call is proclaimed to prayer on Friday (the Day of Assembly), hasten earnestly to the Remembrance of Allah, and leave off business (and traffic): That is best for you if ye but knew! 9 Then, when the prayer has ended, disperse in the land and seek the favor of Allah, and, remember Allah often, so that you prosper. 10 Yet when they see some merchandise or entertainment, they break away to go to it and leave you standing. Say, "That which God has in store is far better than any merchandise or entertainment." God is the most munificent Giver. 11
