▼ 63 The Hypocrites
Al-Munaafeqoon 2 of 2
Believers, let your possessions and your offspring not make you negligent of Allah's remembrance. For whoso does that, they will be the losers. 9 And spend (in charity) of that with which We have provided you, before death comes to one of you and he says: "My Lord! If only You would give me respite for a little while (i.e. return to the worldly life), then I should give Sadaqah (i.e. Zakat) of my wealth, and be among the righteous [i.e. perform Hajj (pilgrimage to Makkah)]. 10 But when a person's term comes to an end, Allah never grants any respite. Allah is well aware of all that you do. 11
