No calamity befalleth save by Allah's leave. And whosoever believeth in Allah, his heart He guideth. And Allah is of everything Knower. 11 And obey God, and obey the Messenger; but if you turn your backs, it is only for the Messenger to deliver the Manifest Message. 12 Allah, there is no god except He. In Allah let the believers put their trust. 13 O ye who believe! Lo! among your wives and your children there are enemies for you, therefor beware of them. And if ye efface and overlook and forgive, then lo! Allah is Forgiving, Merciful. 14 Your wealth and your children are just a test; and with Allah is a tremendous reward. 15 So fear God as much as you can, and listen and obey, and spend in charity for your own good. He who is saved from his own avarice will be successful. 16 If you lend to Allah a goodly loan (i.e. spend in Allah's Cause) He will double it for you, and will forgive you. And Allah is Most Ready to appreciate and to reward, Most Forbearing, 17 Knower of the unseen and the seen, the Mighty, the Wise. 18
