Surely, the cautious shall have Gardens of Bliss with their Lord. 34 Shall We then treat those who have surrendered as We treat the guilty? 35 What is [the matter] with you? How do you judge? 36 Or have ye a book through which ye learn- 37 That ye shall have, through it whatever ye choose? 38 Do you have a covenant with Us which allows you to do whatever you want until the Day of Judgment? 39 Ask them which of them, for that [claim], is responsible. 40 Or have they some "Partners" (in Allahhead)? Then let them produce their "partners", if they are truthful! 41 On the Day when the dreadful calamity will unfold, when people will be summoned to prostrate themselves, and yet they will not be able to prostrate. 42 downcast will be their eyes, with ignominy overwhelming them - seeing that they had been called upon [in vain] to prostrate themselves [before Him] while they were yet sound [and alive]. 43 Then leave Me Alone with such as belie this Quran. We shall punish them gradually from directions they perceive not. 44 Yet I bear with them, for lo! My scheme is firm. 45 Or do you ask of them a payment, so they are by debt burdened down? 46 Or is the Unseen in their keeping, and so they are writing it down? 47 BEAR THEN with patience thy Sustainer's will and be not like him of the great fish, who cried out [in distress] after having given in to anger. 48 and who cried (for help) to his Lord, while imprisoned and helpless inside the fish. Had it not been for a favor from his Lord, he would have been left out in the open, deserving blame for his shortcomings. 49 But his Lord chose him and made him of the righteous. 50 And those who disbelieve would almost smite you with their eyes when they hear the reminder, and they say: Most surely he is mad. 51 Yet it is purely an admonition to mankind. 52
