Indeed for the pious, with their Lord, are Gardens of Serenity. 34 Should We treat those who submit and obey in the same way as those who are culpable? 35 What is the matter with you? How ill do you judge! 36 Or do you have a Book wherein you read 37 That ye shall have, through it whatever ye choose? 38 Or, have you an oath from Us that stretches to the Day of Resurrection (if so) you shall surely have what you judge! 39 Ask then, which of them will stand thereof a surety? 40 they will receive the same thing that the Muslims will? Do they have any witness to such an agreement? Let them bring out such witness, if they are truthful. 41 On the day when the terrible torment approaches, they will be told (in a mocking way) to prostrate themselves, but they will not be able to do it. 42 Their eyes humbled, humiliation will cover them. And they used to be invited to prostration while they were sound. 43 Leave those who reject the Quran to Me and I shall lead them step by step to destruction, without their being aware of it. 44 And I bear with them; verily My contrivance is sure. 45 Or, do you ask them for a wage, so that they are burdened with debt? 46 Or that the Ghaib (unseen here in this Verse it means Al-Lauh Al-Mahfuz) is in their hands, so that they can write it down? 47 So be thou patient under the judgment of thy Lord, and be not as the Man of the Fish, when he called, choking inwardly. 48 Had not grace from his Lord reached him, he had surely been cast into the wilderness in a plight. 49 Then his Lord chose him and placed him among the upright. 50 And those who disbelieve well-nigh cause thee to stumble with their looks when they hear the admonition, and they say: verily he is mad. 51 Whereas it is not but an advice to the entire creation! 52
