Indeed for the pious, with their Lord, are Gardens of Serenity. 34 Shall We treat the Muslims like criminals? 35 What has happened to you? How do you judge? 36 Or, have you a Book from which you study 37 surely in it you shall have whatever you choose! 38 Or do you have Our solemn oaths, binding upon Us till the Day of Resurrection, that you shall have whatever you yourselves decide? 39 Ask them which of them will vouch for that, 40 Or, do they have associates? Then let them bring their associates, if what they say is true! 41 On the Day when the truth shall be laid bare, they will be called upon to prostrate themselves, but they will not be able to do so. 42 downcast will be their eyes, with ignominy overwhelming them - seeing that they had been called upon [in vain] to prostrate themselves [before Him] while they were yet sound [and alive]. 43 Let Me alone with him who belieth this discourse; step by step We lead them on when they perceive not. 44 And I will grant them a respite. Verily, My Plan is strong. 45 Or is it that thou dost ask them for a reward, so that they are burdened with a load of debt?- 46 Or that the Unseen is in their hands, so that they can write it down? 47 So be thou patient under the judgment of thy Lord, and be not as the Man of the Fish, when he called, choking inwardly. 48 Had not grace from his Lord reached him, he had surely been cast into the wilderness in a plight. 49 Then his Lord chose him and made him of the righteous. 50 When the unbelievers hear this Exhortation, they look at you as though they would knock you off your feet with their (hostile) glances. They say: “Surely he is afflicted with madness”; 51 But it is not except a reminder to the worlds. 52
